FOUNDER ANDDIRECTOR As founder of Xperience, her enthusiasm and dedication have been the driving force needed to create a better tomorrow for seniors in Israel. Yaffa's fitness classes have been widely acclaimed for over a decade by participants of all ages.
Rabbi Alon Iszaevich
C.E.O. /DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT Rabbi Iszaevich oversees all aspects of Xperience with emphasis on Financial Operation
of Xperience from Grants to Sponsorships.
He also manages Website and all Technological
issues.
Sharon Schnee, LCSW
COMMUNITY OUTREACH/ DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER Sharon brings her rich background in social work and community volunteerism together with experience as writer and editor.
She is responsible for Xperience Social Media presence and developing resources to support the Xperience Community.
Yashi Baer, MSW
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ SOCIAL WORKER Yashi maintains the smooth functioning of Xperience. As a social worker, she maintains communication with participants, develops plans of care and provides therapeutic support as needed.
Karen Aaron
HEALTH FITNESS SPECIALIST Karen is a sport therapist who has been working in the fitness field for 18 years. She is a member of the "Functional Aging Institute". Karen's speciality is to provide treatments to improve body movement relieving aches and pains.
